Miranda Makes Someone's Wish Come True!

Miranda Cosgrove attended the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s 5th annual Season of Wishes holiday campaign in Los Angeles on December 22. The event celebrated the wish of 6-year-old Ana De la Canal from Texas. Ana suffers from the connective-tissue disease dermatomyositis. Her wish was to meet Miranda Cosgrove of Nickelodeon’s “iCarly.” With the help of Miranda herself, Ana’s wish came true, which marked the final of four wish celebrations concluding this year’s Season of Wishes holiday campaign. The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Since its beginnings in 1980, the organization has carried on with the mission of enriching children’s lives with hope, strength and joy. With the help of its team of passionate volunteers, the Foundation has been able to reach over 174,000 children worldwide and make a life-changing impact on children, families, and entire communities.
